Oh My. . .

...I'm so, SOOOO sorry that I haven't posted, in what's been a week!! School started back up for me(8th grade this year :D) and getting back adjusted to my schedule has made me EXTRAORDINARILY tired during the weekdays. I mean, I'm really getting kicked where it hurts, you know??? By 6pm I feel completely exhausted, but I hope that with this next upcoming week I won't have that same issue.

So anyway, today I have a "Look for Less" post, on an adorable outfit that Emma Roberts wore while on the Late Night Show with Jimmy Fallon. It's a very polished look that is so chic, and very cute! Here's two pics of her wearing the outfit:

Hope you liked today's post! Below, I have a little info on the next post, coming up.

As previously said, last week was the 1st week back to school for me, so of course I had to dress to impress! Everyone stay tuned for my next post, where I will have all the outfits I wore for the first week of school! :)

Side Note: I'd like to take this time to remember all the lives lost during the 9/11 terrorist attacks. This is the tenth anniversary, but we'll never forget you. My heart goes out to everyone who was, in some way, affected by this tragic incident. It was a horrific thing that happen ten years ago, and all that we can hope is that people will be able to move forward, yet still keep lost loved ones in their hearts.

Guess Who's Back???

Yay, YAY, YAAAAYYY, my power is finally back!!! we just got it back earlier this evening, and I'm so happy! Lights, A/C, T.V, refrigerator, microwave, and INTERNET- it's all back(well there's more stuff too, but those are the 1st things that come to mind)! Now, that the power is back on I can't stop singing All of the Lights, in my head :) .

Well anyway, I don't want to bore you with my troubles, so today I have a post on Zoe Saldana. I love her style, and she is definitely one of my style icons! I'll be honest, and say, that some of her outfits don't always work, but I do admire that she isn't afraid to take risks. Below, are some fairly recent outfits that she has worn, that I just adore. By the way, these pictures are brought to you by WhoDatedWho.com (gotta' make sure to give credit, where credit is do!).

Totally love this look! The ruching on the side is a perfect addition to the dress.

This dress, is actually what inspired me to do this post on her. It has a summer feel while still being elegant.

She pulls off this jumpsuit great, by accessorizing it with those gorgeous heels and sleek hair. Not mention, this is just how amazing she looks on a casual day, who could beat that??

This picture is from a photoshoot she did for Be Magazine. I definitely like the dress, and the heels are killer! Oh, and did I mention- I LOVE her hair!! :)

This dress is cute, yet, quirky, and I love those shoes she wore.

I really, really love this shorts suit! It's so perfect for her, and it manages to still be dressy enough for the Red Carpet.

This look is great. It's simple, but it still has a slight sophisticated and edgy feel to it, so it could be worn day and night(with a change of shoes for the night, of course!).

Loving this dress! It's so chic, and the red & navy, give a change to the classic stripe colors of black & white(or the shades in between, like gray).

Although, I'm not quite sure how I'm liking the wide-legged pants trend, I know, that if I turned out looking like this, I would wear wide-leg pants all the time!! :)

This gown is simple, but it seems to say so much. It looks gorgeous on her, and the necklace adds a little bit of an edge to it all.

Green is Back...I Think

Hi everyone, I'm back from my quick little vacay to D.C. , so I'm here and happy to blog again! So guys, I just wanna make note, that you heard this here first: the color green seems to be back, after it's long hiatus in Fashion-Faux-Pas-Land. Honestly, I think many of us swore out green, after the whole army fatigues trend, of the early 2000's, was over, but now I think green has finally gotten another chance into our closets! I have recently noticed a few more green items, than usual, popping up around stores and in some fashion designers' collections. And, although, I wouldn't say green is just showing up everywhere, and becoming a huge trend, it seems to me, that to even see green at all(except on enviormental t-shirts, on St. Patrick's Day, and last year when the military trend was in, and olive green was showing up), is a big jump from what it's been in recent years. So, the point of this post is to say, that, although green has been almost non-existent for a while, I expect, that within in the next few fashion seasons, green will make a come back.

In lieu of the color green, here's a pic of Kate Middleton sporting a green Diane Von Furstenberg dress.

Hello, Classic, It's Time to Have a Little Fun-OOTD

Today I have an outfit post. I wore this outfit a few days ago. I just put on the top, and I looked over to my chair(Yeah, I'm kinda messy, and by kinda-I mean very. Most of the clothes I wear are sitting around somewhere in my room.) and then saw the skirt, and I instantly realized how perfect they would look together. It was great, because I had been trying to think of different ways to wear the skirt, so I could incorporate it into my wardrobe more often. This outfit was just a one of those wonderful things, that just fall into place on their own, almost like it was fate. :)

Top- Ross, Skirt-JcPenney's, Shoes(Not Shown in This Picture)- Rack Room Shoes??(not a 100% sure, but I think so)

I just love how I look in all of these pictures, I feel so girly and pretty.  :)

The skirt is actually a little longer than this, but I had to stand up on my tip-toes, so that the sink wasn't blocking the bottom of the skirt.

Excuse my ugly feet, and that amazingly cool gadget of an automatic hand-soap dispenser.  ;)

These are my trusty shoes, I practically live in them.

These last few photos my shirt is tucked in. I just tried it out to see how it looked, and it turns out, I like it that way much better. It helps to cinch in my waist to create an hourglass shape.

I love this pic of me, definitely a favorite.  :D

On a final note, I'd just like to say, rest in peace, to the great British singer Amy Winehouse. It's unfortunate that she died so young. She will be greatly missed. In her memory, Vevo has a play-list of some of her songs, the link is here. Also, if you want more information on her death here's a link, the last six or so posts are about her death. And here, is another good article to read on her.

Celeb Style: Kim Kardashian- Hanging with Grandma

Today, I'm doing my first, celebrity, "Look for Less". It's of an outfit that Kim Kardashian wore, on an recent outing with her grandma. They both look absolutely fabulous, but today I'm just going to focus on Kim's style.

So first, here are some photos of the lovely ladies:

Okay, so now onto the set I made. This look a little different than my other ones. The reason being, is because I decided to use one of the little templates that they have on Polyvore, so the lay-out is very different from the usual way that I have it. No matter what the format is, I still hope you like it. Enjoy!

Okay, so I'm all for patriotism, and I'm even for clothing with the American flag on it, but these shorts/boxers/swimming trunks/ I don't know what they are, are just straight up tacky! So please, everyone let's learn from his mistake, and make sure not to repeat it!

Thanks for reading, and happy early Fourth of July! :)
